Rivolier Modele 2002 PB Handcuffs

Similar to the later Rivolier Modele 2003 Handcuffs these have a double lock. it is actuated by simply pressing, with finger, the knob used to activate them (it is spring loaded). Unlocking this, as well as the cuff, is done with the single key.
