Hiatt Darby Bar Handcuffs

A pair of modern Hiatt Darby handcuffs were broken apart and placed at the end of a 14" bar with a single chain link connecting the cuffs and the bar. Since one hand cannot easily reach the opposing cuff, security is enhanced.
