Hiatt Darby Bar Leg Irons

A pair of modern Hiatt Darby leg irons were broken apart and placed at the end of a 16" bar with a single chain link connecting the cuffs and the bar. Since there is no flexible chain joining these moving around while wearing them is very diffecult; running would be impossible.
