ASP has been around for a while. A few years back it bought American Handcuff Company and has started to manufacture a new and interesting line of cuffs.

Hinged Handcuffs with very smooth and soft action. Also keyhole and double locks are on both sides of lock case. Double lock is similar to S&W. The softness of the action is nice but they tend to over tighten too easily.
