Our handcuffs' manufacturing started in 1992 under the brand ZH BREN Brno with the models RALKEM 9921 and RALKEM 9922 where the double lock is actuated by a tip of the key. Later on, under our company ALFA - PROJ brand similar models RALKEM 9924 and 9927 were added, double lock being activated by finger.
These Leg Irons are pretty standard. The chain is rather short compared to most. The double lock is finger actuated. The mechanism is "soft" (very little force is required to cause them to ratchet).
