Fetters Spiked Collar

Basically a Fetters Collar with 6 spikes welded on to the inside surface of the collar. The spikes prevent getting "too" comfortable with the collar locked on. The lock is typical of Fetters: an allen bolt in one side screws into a matching nut on the other side. The key is essentially an allen wrench. A single chain link is connected to the collar, which has two welded loops, one on each side.
