Peerless 400 Handcuffs

Peerless has redesigned its entire line. The new line is cheaper to make and 20% stronger. On the down side, the cuffs are heavier and a little more chunky in look and feel. The double-lock is now a square push button which still requires a key to actuate. The new line is numbered in the 400's.
