Hiatt 2010C Handcuffs

These handcuffs are made by Hiatts of England. They are model 2010C and are unusual because there is a metal plug held in place by two rivits in the bow of the handcuff. This plug prevents the locking arm from going around and adds strength and weight to the cuff.
