Maltby Bar Handcuffs

This handcuff consists of two Maltby flat key handcuffs on a chromed bar. This cuff is a little more comfortable for the prisoner than is a normal pair of handcuffs, but is more restrictive than simple a longer chain. They are manufactured by the Mattatuck Co. of Waterbury, Conn.
