Tower 3-Way Handcuffs

Three way handcuffs are an unusual variation. They are used to fasten the prisoner to the arresting officer or to a stationary object. Although Tower did manufacture three-way cuffs, this particular example is likely not a factory original. The two cuffs on the top have stops are their arms, the third cuff does not.
