Hiatt Darby 1 Handcuffs

These are old Hiatt Darbys marked Hiatt 1, Warranted Wrought, British Made and stamped with the number 40. They are actually two handcuffs that were spliced together. They are made of thick heavy steel with a hinge that is a metal tang that has been bent through the locking bolt end, bent down and welded tont/e cuff body.
