Alcyon Star High Security Handcuffs

These are a high security model. They are heavier (almost twice as much) as the standard Alcyon/Astra handcuffs and use a non-standard key (flat, multi-bit). Much like the standard ones, they have a "star" cog to discourage shimming attempts. They are connected by a single link which makes the distance between the wrists quite short.
