Clejuso Kombi Combination

These are an odd pattern for a combination. A pair of handcuffs has two chains leading from its swivel to a single leg iron at the end of each. Both the handcuffs and the leg irons are of the older Clejuso design. Supposedly these were built to be used on prisoners with the chains to the leg irons passing INSIDE their pants and thus not obvious to the casual onlooker.
