Crocket & Kelly is a handcuff that was made for the U.S. Defense Department use during the 80's. The company had never made handcuffs before nor has it since. The handcuffs are blued and have a tendency to rust. They are also sharp around the edges. Many of the pairs on the market have two left hands.
