Clejuso Clasp Handcuffs

This is a unique restraint (as far as I know). It is basically a single handcuff attached by a short chain to a "padlock" of sorts. This padlock is designed to snap onto a bar or large eyebolt. Once applied, the small actuating button in the upper right corner is pressed to lock it. The single handcuff is a Clejuso HW Handcuffs, very heavy, chunky, and strong. One assumes that the purpose of this item is to secure a prisoner to his cell bars or for interogation/questioning. It could also be used in a transport (train, car, truck, etc..).
