Ralk Handcuffs

These handcuffshave been used as the official handcuffs in the Czech republic by national, municipal police and by the army for many years. They don?t have any other markings or brand. These handcuffs were made for many years in Czechoslovakia - formerlyas Ralk-SNB 49, Ralk-SNB 53 and then in the present nickeled version. The haven't been produced in recent history and are sold from stock. These were produced for Czechoslovakian national and municipal police and army by governmental corporations, last of them being Prototypa.
